3. Conclusion of contract
The presentation of our products does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order. By clicking “Add to cart · €...” and then completing payment via Stripe, you submit a binding offer. The contract is concluded when you receive our order confirmation by email.
4. Personalization & printing
Because our calendars are produced individually according to your specifications (photo, title, layout), they are goods made to customer specification.
Uploaded images are checked automatically before processing. We reserve the right to refuse orders containing prohibited content (violence, erotic content, illegal material, material that infringes copyright).
5. Prices and payment
All prices are in euros and include 20 % VAT. Payment is made by credit card or other payment methods available via Stripe. Shipping costs are shown transparently during checkout.
6. Delivery
Once payment has been received, your calendar is produced and shipped within 8 to 10 working days. Delivery within Austria is carried out by our shipping partner.
7. Right of withdrawal
Important notice: For goods made to customer specification (personalized calendars), there is no right of withdrawal pursuant to § 18 para. 1 no. 3 of the Austrian Distance Selling Act (FAGG) once production has started.
Until print production begins (usually within 24 hours of receipt of payment), orders can be canceled by email to office@surprisecalendar.at.
8. Warranty
The statutory warranty provisions apply. In the event of production defects or transport damage, we will send you a free replacement calendar after consultation. Please report defects within 14 days of receipt.
9. Retention of title
The delivered goods remain our property until paid for in full.
10. Data protection
Information on how we process your personal data can be found in our privacy policy.
11. Final provisions
Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Should individual provisions of these T&C be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
